The TNC 310 is a workshop-oriented, compact contouring control for milling and boring machines with three or four controlled axes. The user enters his program directly at the machine in HEIDENHAIN plain-language dialog, with practice-oriented canned cycles to help him. Graphical illustrations on the screen provide additional guidance during data input.

Fixed cycles with graphical support for drilling, reaming, boring, for milling slots, pockets, studs and for facing.
Programming graphics and graphics for simulation of workpiece machining.
RS-232-C/V.24 data interface.
