HEIDENHAIN IBV / EXE 101 and 600 Signal Converters
HEIDENHAIN signal converters adapt encoder signals to downstream electronics.
- IBV 101: 1 VPP input, TTL output, 5/10-fold interpolation.
- EXE 101: 11 microamp PP input, TTL output, 5/10-fold interpolation.
- IBV 600: 1 VPP input, TTL output, without interpolation.
- EXE 600 series: historical 11 microamp PP input, TTL output. Interpolation and timing depend on the exact version.
These models are not interchangeable. Send converter and encoder IDs, interface, required interpolation and connector photos for a configuration, repair or replacement quote. AMI will confirm compatibility. No stock or drop-in replacement is implied.
