HEIDENHAIN LF 185 / LF 185 C Incremental Linear Encoders

The HEIDENHAIN LF 185 and LF 185 C are incremental linear encoders with a full-size scale housing. Their steel SUPRADUR phase grating offers high repeatability and thermal behavior similar to steel or gray cast iron. Reclining mounting is possible.

• Models covered: LF 185 with a reference mark at the measuring-length midpoint (other positions on request); LF 185 C with distance-coded reference marks.
• Interface: 1 VPP incremental signals with a 4 µm signal period.
