The HEIDENHAIN MT 60 K and MT 101 K are incremental length gages with a DIADUR glass scale (10 µm grating period) from the HEIDENHAIN METRO program. They work as electronic measuring instruments in laboratories and in automatic measuring devices, cross tables and similar equipment, and the sturdy construction suits assembly lines and production devices. The coupling is rigid in the measuring direction only, and the gages have no compression springs.
