HEIDENHAIN ERN 130 Incremental Rotary Encoder | Configuration Inquiry
The HEIDENHAIN ERN 130 is an incremental rotary encoder with integral bearing and mounted stator coupling for large hollow-shaft applications.
- HTL output, 1000 to 5000 lines.
- 87 mm housing; hollow through shaft up to 50 mm.
- IP64 protection.
ERN 120 (TTL), ERN 130 (HTL), and ERN 180 (1 VPP) have different interfaces. Send the full ID, line count, shaft diameter, connector and label photo for a quote. Do not assume interchangeability.

- ERN 130: HTL, 10 to 30 V, up to 150 mA. Maximum operating temperature 85 °C (100 °C at supply below 15 V). System accuracy 1/20 of grating period.
- Shared options in the series (not tied to one unit): hollow through shaft D = 20, 25, 38 or 50 mm; line counts 1 000, 1 024, 2 048, 2 500, 3 600, 5 000. Mounted stator coupling, IP 64, max. speed 4 000 rpm (D over 30 mm) or 6 000 rpm (D 30 mm or less), operating temperature –40 °C to 100 °C.
