HEIDENHAIN LS 373 / LS 383 Incremental Linear Encoders
HEIDENHAIN LS 373 and LS 383 are sealed incremental linear encoders with a glass scale. Both are listed with ±5 µm accuracy and measuring lengths from 70 mm to 1,240 mm. The LS 383 uses a 1 VPP interface; the LS 373 uses TTL output.
