- Reference marks: one at mid-point of the measuring length (several on a 50 mm module on request).
- Traversing speed up to 48 m/min. Vibration 30 m/s², shock 200 m/s². Moving force up to 10 N.
- Operating temperature 0 °C to 50 °C, storage –20 °C to 70 °C. Weight 0.7 kg + 2 kg/m. Cable 3 m with connector.
- Electrical (p. 23): 5 V ±5 %, 120 mA; two sinusoidal signals approx. 7 to 16 µApp, reference signal approx. 2 to 8 µA; cable length up to 20 m.
