HEIDENHAIN POSITIP PT 8016 / PT 8016 Active Digital Readouts

The HEIDENHAIN POSITIP PT 8016 family is a digital readout for manual milling, drilling and boring machines and lathes. It supports four axes as standard, with two more available as an option. Its 12-inch touchscreen, positioning display, switching inputs and outputs, Ethernet and USB connections support shop-floor setup and measurement tasks.

Models covered: PT 8016 and PT 8016 Active. The Active model adds control of up to three NC axes and a spindle; it does not support simultaneous multi-axis motion or machine safety functions. Ask AMI to confirm the model, encoder interface and configuration for your machine.
