  • Measuring lengths 140 to 1240 mm. Grating period 10 µm. Accuracy ±5, ±3 or ±2 µm. Recommended measuring steps 1 / 0.5 / 0.2 / 0.1 µm.
  • Reference marks: every 50 mm via selector magnets.
  • Traversing speed up to 30 m/min. Vibration 30 m/s², shock 200 m/s². Moving force under 4 N.
  • Operating temperature 0 °C to 40 °C, storage –20 °C to 70 °C. Weight 1 kg + 2.6 kg/m. Cable 3 m with connector and armored sheathing.
